I would like to be a medical research scientist (MD and PhD) studying neglected tropical disease and global health (or the first microbiologist on Mars!).
Current research
1) Cancer research examining the interaction between melanoma exosomes and macrophage polarization; and 2) research in microbial ecology using the growth and movement of microbial communities to estimate time-of-death in criminal cases.
